Introduction of Pumps in Soda Ash Plant

The production tecnology of soda ash mainly includes ammonia process and combined alkali process. The former users raw salt, limestone and coal as raw materials(ammonia is closed for recycling, only to supplement the loss) to produce of soda ash, while there is waste liquid residue discharge. The combined alkli process uses raw salt and ammonia gas and CO₂ gas from a synthetic ammonia plant to produce both soda ash and ammonia chloride.

Main Pumps in Soda Ash Plant

The vast majority of alkali industrial pumps are corrosive resistant centrifugal pumps, followed by chemical axial-flow pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors, mixed-flow pumps, vortex pumps.
