Petrochemical pumps, because all the liquid is almost flammable, and most of the temperature and pressure conditions are very harsh, therefore, higher grade or the highest grade pumps are required.

Required of Petrochemical Pump

1. For the transportationof flammable, explosive, toxic or valuable media with petrochemical pumps, reliable shaft seal or the use of no leakage pump, such as  hielding pump, magnetic drive pump, pneumatic diaphragm pump.

2. To transport corrosive medium for petrochemical pumps, the flow components are required to use corrosion resistant materials.

3. For conveying the petrochemical pump containing solid particle medium, it is required to use wear-resistant materials for the flow parts, and clean liquid should be wash the shaft seal when necessary.
