Overview
The pump is divided into three control modes: pressure switch control mode, photoelectric switch control mode and frequency conversion intelligent control mode to automatically control the start and stop of the water pump.
The pressure switch control type is composed of pressure tank, pressure switch, check valve, pressure gauge, water pump, etc. the start and stop pressure of the water pump can be set according to the customer's requirements, and the user can also adjust the pressure switch by himself. When the pipeline pressure is lower than the pressure value, the electric pump starts to work to meet the user's water demand; When the user does not use water, the electric pump stops working, so as to prolong the service life of the electric pump and save power consumption.
The photoelectric switch control type is composed of electronic PLC} controller and water pump. The system has simple structure and does not need pressure sensor. The pressure head, pressure tank and check valve are more convenient for use and maintenance. The starting pressure value of this series of products is set at the factory and does not need to be adjusted by the user.
The frequency conversion intelligent control type is composed of micro intelligent frequency converter, pressure tank, sensing pressure gauge and water pump. It realizes constant pressure water supply through microcomputer, maintains stable water supply pressure, and has the functions of current overload and low water level protection. Energy saving, environmental protection and low noise.
The functions of the product include: 1. Automatically start and stop the water pump; 2. Water pump water shortage protection; 3. Automatic detection after water shortage and automatic restart of incoming water; 4. Pump overheating protection; 5. Force start.
Purpose
The product is especially suitable for ship desalination device to solve the problem of automatic water supply in drinking water, domestic water and other occasions. It is an ideal equipment to replace the pressure water tank. It can also be used in industrial and agricultural production; And garden sprinkler irrigation, air conditioning system, cooling system, industrial irrigation, villa water supply, boiler water supply, aquaculture, floor pressurized water supply, etc.
