Features
1. Compact structure, this series of pumps is a horizontal structure, the pump is integrated, the appearance is beautiful, and the floor area is small. Compared with the ordinary horizontal pump, the floor area is reduced by 30%. If the IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room, and it can be used outdoors.
2. Smooth operation, low noise and high concentricity of components. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, no vibration and low noise during operation, which prolongs the service life of the bearing and improves the operating environment.

Working conditions
1. The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6MPa, that is, the suction port pressure of the pump + the pump head ≤ 1.6MPa (when the working pressure of the pump system is higher than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that the overflow parts and The connecting parts are made of cast steel).
2. The conveying medium is clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water (if the conveying medium has fine particles, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that the wear-resistant mechanical seal can be assembled).
3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃, the altitude should not exceed 1000m, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
Precautions for use
1. The maximum working pressure of the pump and the connected pipeline is ≤1.6MPa, and the pressure at the suction port of the pump + the pump head is ≤1.6Mpa. (If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be put forward separately when ordering, so that we can use cast steel for the over-current parts and connecting parts of the pump during manufacture).
2. The ambient temperature does not exceed 50°C, the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%.

4. Before installing the pump, carefully check whether there are hard objects (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) in the pump flow channel that affect the operation of the pump, so as to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body when the pump is running.
5. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the pump during installation, and there should be their own support bodies to avoid the deformation of the pump and affect the running performance and life.
6. The anchor bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on the pump performance during startup.
7. For the convenience of maintenance and safe use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure the operation within the rated head and flow range, to ensure the normal operation of the pump and the growth of the pump. service life of the pump.
8. After installation, turn the pump shaft, the impeller should have no friction noise or stuck phenomenon, otherwise the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
Maintenance
(1) Maintenance and maintenance during operation:
1. The water inlet pipeline must be highly sealed.
2. Long-term operation of the pump under cavitation is prohibited.
3. It is forbidden to run the motor over-current for a long time when the pump is running at a large flow rate.
4. Regularly check the current value of the motor during the operation of the pump, and try to make the pump work under the standard.
5. During the operation of the pump, there should be a special person to take care of it to avoid accidents.
6. The bearing should be refueled every 500 hours of operation of the pump. Motor power greater than 11 kW is equipped with a refueling device, which can be directly injected with a high-pressure oil gun to ensure excellent bearing lubrication.
7. After the pump runs for a long time, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection, and the vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced if necessary. The unit overhaul period is generally one year.
(2) Mechanical seal maintenance and maintenance:
1. The lubrication of the mechanical seal should be clean and free of solid particles.
2. It is strictly forbidden to work under the condition of static dry grinding of mechanical seals.
3. Before starting, the pump (motor) ring should be rotated, so as to avoid the sealing ring being broken and damaged due to sudden start.
