H Series Petrochemical Processing Pumps

Introduction:

H series petrochemical processing pump is horizontal, single-stage, single-suction overhung certrifugal pump, which is desighed according to API 610 and API 682. 

Thay are kinds of processing pumps with high reliability, long lifetime, and stable performance, high degree of generation, high NPSH and efficency.

Applications:

To pump the fluid which is low-temperature, netural or caustic, clean or with soilids, can be applied in:

Refinery, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry and low-temperature engineering;

Water supply factory, sea water desalting factory, power sation;

Environment protection engineering;

Chemical industry, paper making, paper pulp industry, sugar making.

Structural Features:

H series petrochemical processing pump is mainly structured with radial split. Its casing is designed to be foot support(HA, HA0) and centerline support(HE, HEO, HF, HFO). The casing with larger than 80mm(including 80mm)-diameter is designed double-volute, which can balance the radial thrust. The pressure camber forms bu means of connecting of casing and casing cover, which makes the pump operate safely and reliablely.

The pump can be equiped with heat-protection(cooling) sleeve. There is cooling water chamber on the casing cover which reserve the heat of pump chamber and enlarge the application range. Impeller has open or close style when pumping different fluid. The wearing and balance hole in the impeller can balance axial thrust. The inducer can improve the NPSH performance.
