DXA Low Flow Chemical Processing Pumps

Introduction:

DXA series pump is horizontal, single stage and single suction overhung centrifugal pump which is designed as per API 610, API 682. As the pump is low flow and high head chemical-industry pump, the problem that the bigger pump is used to pumping the flow in chemical industry processing will be solved. DXA is high reliablity, long using life, and stable performance, high degress of generalization.

Structural Features:

The series pump is radial split structure, its rotstion direction is CW from driving end.

The pump body may be equipped with heat-protection jacket(or cooling jacket), there is cooling water chamber on casing cover which could reserve the heat of pump chamber and enlarge the applications; the impeller with balance hole that can balance the axial strength.

There are two types of this series, i.e. normal temperature type(DXAF) which is foot support and lubracated with oil, another type is high temperature(DXAC) pump which is centerline support and lubraicated by oil, and water cooling jacket is on bearing house.

In order to meet the different duties, there are three kinds of cooling ways: air-cooling, water-cooling and wind-cooling.

The shaft seal could be chosen as per the follow: single-end mechanical seal, double-end mechanical seal, and tandem mechanical seal and bellow seal, which are high reliability and easily repairing.

The discharge flange could be applied in HG20592-97, accoridng to the customer demands, the other standard may be adopted, such as SH3406-96, ANSI B16.5.
