HEZ Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors

Introduction:

HEZ series pump ususlly be used for pumping the gas which is not dissolve in water and without solid, which make the pumped system from vacuum, such as vacuum drying, extraction dewatering etc.

HEZ liquid-ring vacuum pump and compressor conform to API 681 standard.

Principle:

HEZ series pump is liquid ring vacuum pump, which charcters single stage and single suction.

The impeller is installed eccentric on casing, the liquid under centrifugal strength function that form a rotatry liquid ring. The clearance between impeller end face and distributor which is closed by liquid, the cubage that insealed empty chamber increase when the impeller ratory in fore half turning(through suction), the gas from suction; the cubage decrease gradually when the impeller in back half turning, the gas drain from discharge hole and one suction process finished. In order to keep constant liquid ring, the liquid should be supplied continuously to pump during running.

The liquid ring vacuum pump is composed of casing, impeller, shaft, side cover and distributor etc parts, the side cover is separated with distributor, the casing is ellipse. 

According to the user's operating conditions to choose the material, the shaft seal would used packing or mechanical seal, the shaft sleeve might be replaced. For HEZ60-HEZ140 liquid ring vacuum pump, for the different demands, there are side or top connecting avaliable for drain pipe.

Structural Features:

The structure is simplicity running reliably, highly effiency and energy saving.

Conveniently Maintains:

The maintaining for pump could be done rapidly and conviently, at most to decrease the shutdown time. All the daily maintaining would be finished on site by easily manual tool. It is also easy on pump dismantling and reassembling.

For the larger dimension pump(the suction capacity above 250 m³/h), it is convenniently to observe the internal structure or clearance through inspection opening without dismantling pump. Furthermore, it is rapid and convenient to channge the valve plate in discharge.

Dismantling the sleeve and seal conveniently, the shaft could be taken out to replace or re-machine.

According to the user operating conditions to choose the packing seal or mechanical seal for vacuum pump, and with water distributing ring, the seal would be flished efficiently by internal or outside sealant.
