HBW Vacuum Pumps and Compressor Unit

Introduction:

The HBW liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor, with anto-control system, that completely meet the demands of the orders, for pumping flammability, explisive, poisonous and corrosive etc the other process gas. 

HBW vacuum pumps and compressors confrom to API 681 standard.

Unit Arrangement:

There are heat exchanger, vapor-liquid segregator, safe valve, level control system, instrument and pipeline valve etc.

The Pumping Gas:

Air, Cl₂

N₂, H₂, O₂, CO, NO_x, HS, SO₂

Hydrocarbon such as CH₄, C₂H₄, C₃H₆

Chloroethylene(VCM, CH₂CHCL)

The city gas-fired, liquefied gas and the mixture gas

Acetone, EDC, benzene, ENK, MIBK, cyclohexane, methanol, aceticacid etc.

Structural Features:

The heat exchanger is euiqpped to realize the closed circulation for working liquid, such as glycol, not only taking the water as working liquid, the other liquid is also chosen according to pumping the vary medium, such as benzene, oil of vitriol, DOP.

The vapor-liquid segreator is equipped to separate the vator-liquid mixture efficiently which pumped by vacuum pump, the heat exchnager cooled the liquid that return to vacuum pump again, continuously as the working liquid; the vapor is drained to the named place through segregator, the pump is specially used for pumping the flammability, explosive, poisonous gas.

The level gauge or sensor is equipped, which could show the liquid level in vapor-liquid segregator, controoling the electric-magic valve by signal, realizing the level automatic control.

The automatical level control: there is level control on vapor-liquid segregator, the working liquid will be supplied and drained according to the level, there are overflow device on the segregator, when the level is higher than regulated one, the overflow device will drain automatically until reaching the requirement.

The manual level control, during the unit working, the drained gas will bring little liquid vapor, that cuase the level decrease. According to the level show, to supply or drain the liquid to unit by manual.

There are 22 kinds of materials for chooseing, which could meet the vary gas or working liquid requirements.
