Overview

There are a lot of solid feces, toilet paper towels and other fibrous media in septic tanks and toilet water wells. The solidified material in the septic tank is decomposed at the bottom of the tank, and the supernatant liquid flows into the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to manually clean the septic tank regularly. Manual cleaning of the filter screen is also required in the toilet collection well. The working environment is poor and the work intensity is high. At present, the lifting of feces is mostly carried out by pumps. There are many types of pumps used for manure lifting. Such as single screw pump, vacuum pump, centrifugal pump, etc. Among them, centrifugal pumps are divided into submerged centrifugal pumps, submersible centrifugal pumps, and self-priming sewage centrifugal pumps. The impeller is divided into few-blade centrifugal impeller and sewage pump centrifugal impeller, namely single channel, double flow channel and swirl type.

Structure introduction

Flexible shaft submersible pump is mainly composed of submersible pump head, flexible shaft and prime mover. A special quick connector is used to connect the flexible shaft and the motor.

Features of several commonly used pumps

Vacuum pump: no contact with the medium, long life. Place on top of tank. Not suitable for mobile.

Semi-submersible pump: suitable for fixed installation. When the liquid depth is deep, the bearing life is shorter (sealed plain bearings and rolling bearings are available).

Self-priming pump: movable and fixed installation, self-priming height is limited.

Submersible pump: movable and fixed installation, the motor has poor heat dissipation, especially if the surface of the motor casing is scaled, it may burn out.

Flexible shaft pump: movable and fixed installation, the motor or diesel engine can be kept away from the biogas of the manure pond.
