CIS Marine Horizontal Centrifugal Ballast Water Pump

Overview

CIS type is kind of marine horizontal centrifugal fire pump applied  in industrial, urban, fire water supply and drainage, and can also be used for irrigation and drainage of farmland and orchards and so on. It adopts conveying water with temperature less than 100℃ and maximum working pressure not more than 1.6MPa or liquid with similar physical and chemical properties to clear liquid. In addition, CIS series fire pump has another model CISR which adpots hot water whose liquid temperature does not exceed 200℃, which has good performance parameters, convenient installation size and model, and is also suitable for marine boilers and hot water supply. 

Features

1. Compact structure, this series of pumps is a horizontal structure, the pump is integrated, the appearance is beautiful, and the floor area is small. Compared with the ordinary horizontal pump, the floor area is reduced by 30%. If the IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room, and it can be used outdoors.

2. Smooth operation, low noise and high concentricity of components. The motor and the pump are directly connected, which simplifies the intermediate structure and increases the stability of operation. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, no vibration and low noise during operation, which prolongs the service life of the bearing and improves the operating environment.

3. The shaft seal adopts high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, leak-free and has a long service life.

4. Adopt advanced hydraulic model, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and good performance.

5. The structure is unique. There is a drain hole on the lower side of the pump body. The inlet and outlet methods are constructed by pressure holes, which can ensure the normal operation of the pump.

Working conditions

1. The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6MPa, that is, the suction port pressure of the pump + the pump head ≤ 1.6MPa (when the working pressure of the pump system is higher than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that the overflow parts and The connecting parts are made of cast steel).

2. The conveying medium is clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water (if the conveying medium has fine particles, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that the wear-resistant mechanical seal can be assembled).

3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃, the altitude should not exceed 1000m, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
