HEH Heat Medium Pumps

Introduction:

HEH series heat medium pump is horizontal, single-stage, single suction overhungcentrifugal pumps, which conform to API 610 satndard, with high reliability and generalization, high NPSH proformance and efficiecy, long working life, operating stable.

Structural Features:

The radial split structure would be used for HEF series heat medium pump, centerline supporting for casing. The slide way designing for supporting foot which could ensure the alignment of rotors under high temperature, the casing expansion could extend horizontal. So the heat stress woud be formed, the rotary part is no vibration which is better for axial seal.

The material with the same linear expansivity is applied in rotor and casing which are designed to corresponding clearance value to ensure stable running under high temperature. The casing and cover are designed with heat-holding jacket which could keep heat for the liquid. The forginf structure is option for pump cover, the discharge flange is desinged to 300lb. The impller nut with locking arrangement that could ensure pump operating safely during reverse rotating. The inducer is optional to improve the NPSH performance.

The bearing housing could use casing steel material. Oli lubrication foe bearing and the constant level oiler could control the oil level automatically. Provision the angular contacting roller bearing or conical ball bearing for back bearing according to the working and inlet pressure, the oil pipe cooling for the bearing housing. The radiator arrangement could radiate the heat. The bearing isolator ring could prevent the lubricant pollution entering. The labyrinth designing can could hold humidity, slag and dirty.

The seal chamber could accommodate metal bellows, single and dual end mechanical seal conforming to API682 standard, easily maintaining for the cartridge seal, the surface precision could prolong the sea life. Provision the flushing and cooling.

The flange as per ANSI B16.5 or HG20592, SH3406 standard.

The pump rotation is clockwise viewing from driving end.
