HCJ Crystallized Pulp Pumps

Introduction:

HCJ series pump is centrifugal pump which characters horizontal, single-suction and single-stage and overhung type. It is designed and developed by ourself in accordance with the special request of citric acid producing devices and in reference to external advanced products, up to the international advanced level of similar products.

HCJ series pump is desinged according to ISO5199-1986, GB/T5656-1994 standard.

Performance:

Applications:

Mainly for transmitting all kinds of saturation crystallized solution in the producing lines of citric acid, caustic soda or salt.

Structural Features:

Depending on the character of easy-crystalliizing citric acid, pump casings and impellers designed specially to prevent blocking up pumps while pumping solution with certain viscosity and high pulp density, and operating efficiently. Axial thrust is balanced by vanes.

Rotor parts are supported by rolling bearings and lubricated by oil, the constant oil level controlled and filled in by oiler automatically. The rotor and bearing bracket and pump cover which formed one assenbly parts, without removing the casing from pipeline during repairing.

More than 10 kinds of material available, including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, 904L, CD4MCu, Cr30 etc.

According to the mw=edium and soilid content to choose seal, such as packing seal, mechanical seal for single end or double end.

The flange standard meets ANSI B16.5 or HG20592, SH3406 or other standard.
