HES Paper & Slag Pulp Pumps

Introduction:

HES series is horizontal. single suction, single stage and overhung centrifugal pump, it is applied in pumping paper and slag pulp and so on. HES series pump is desinged according to ISO5199-1986, GB/T5656-1994 standard.

Structural Features:

The special design for open impeller and semi-open impeller, and its vane ternary extends to the suction, which could pump the medium with solid content 10%, and gas 6%.

According to the feature of solid and liqiud state, the casing is designed by ternary flow which suction is axial and discharge is tangent, this design is suitable for two phase pumping solid and liquid with high efficiency, low energy consumption.

The head and effiency almost are kept during pumping the liquid wiht more solid.

The pipeline will not be dismantled during maintaining pump( back opening)

The bearing is lubricated by oil with constant level oiler, the bearing can run over 2000 hours.

For the medium characters and solid content, the sales as followd: single and double end mechanical seal or packing and auxiliary impeller shutdown seal.

The morn than 20 kinds of material avaliable accoding to medium corrosion class, such as 304, 316, 316L, CD4MCu, Cr30 etc.

The pump rotation direction is CW viewing from the driving side.
