NK Starch Pulp Pumps

Introduction:

NK series is centrifugal pump which characters horizontal, single suction and single stage, and overhung type, it is applied in pumping starch and slurry and so on.

NK series pump is desinged according to ISO5199-1986, GB/5656-1994 standrad.

Strctural Features:

It is desinged specially for impeller and pump body, which is applied to pump the slurry liquid for less pressure vibration and without plugging during pumping. The pump could keep high efficient and perofrmance during pumping the medium with ferment ir, the axial suction and tangential dsichange which are more suitable for pumping the solid and liquid.

More than 10 kinds of material available, including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, 904L, CD4MCu, Cr30 etc.

Accoding to the medium and soild content to choose seal, such as packing seal, mechanical seal with single end or double end, and auxiliary impeller dynamic seal.

The flange standrad meets ANSI B16.5 or HG20592, SH306 or other standard.
