HC Standard Processing Pumps

Introduction:

HC series standard chemical pump is horizontal single stage single suction centrifugal pump, which is applied in pumping the acid the alkali solution with difference temperatures, and in the other liquefied oil production. 

HC series pump conforms to DIN24256, ISO 2858 standard.

Structural Features:

The pressure on shaft could be balanced by balancing hole in impeller or back vane, some of pumps would be desinged to double volute casing structures, which balancing radial strength.

The ball bearing and oil lubricating, that can guarantee the bearing running for long time, the fully shaft dimensions, which can keeppump running smoothly. The assembly parts include bearing bracket, shaft, impeller, packing box and so on, which make the casing not be dismantled from pipeline during maintains.

The avaliable material include 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, 904L, CD4Mcu, Cr30 etc.

The shaft seal could use packin, single and double end mechanical seal according to the medium and solid content.

The fange conforms to ANSI B16.5 or HG20592 and SH3406 standard.
