UH Self-priming Pumps

Introdcution:

UH series of self-priming pump is horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal pump whose installement dimension is totally according to ISO2858 standard. UH self-proming pump is manufactures as per the advanced forced gas-liquid separation technology.

Performance:

Applications:

To pump various low-temperature, high-temparature, neutral, corrosive, clean liquid and the liquid with solids and gas.

Structural Features:

When the discharge size is bigger than 150mm, the casing is supported by feet which bear certain force from piping. Stuffing seal, single-end mechanical seal and double-end mechanical seal can be selected. Semi-open impeller is desinged, the pressure on shaft that could be balanced by balancing hole. The rotor parts are supported by two centric ball bearings which are lubricated by oil, with constant level oiler to control the oil level.

Gas-liquid seperation technology is used; max self-priming height is 6-8.5m with extremely good self-priming ability.

Base valve, vacuum pump and other auxiliary are unnecessary. Liquid filling is needed at the first start-up but repetitive start-up. Thus, it is convenient for operation.

It has great recover ability to permit pump medium with a lot of air. When pumping the liquid with lots of air, air is taken off gradually until up to normal operation condition.

Due to wide open-style flow-way, the liquid with lots of solids can be pumped, especially fit for sewage handling in sewage farm.
