HAF Accessory Impeller Sealing Pumps

Introduction:

HAF type is special desinged for smelting, alkaline-making, salt-making and fertilizer etc industry, according to the cuastic condition demands for corrosion and seal leakage. HAF pump is horizontal single stage, single suction and overhung centrifugal pump which is desinged according to API610 standard.

Pumping the liquid with some solid and caustic, mainly applied as followed:

The electrolytic waste liquor

The caustic soda slurry circulating

The salt-making slurry circulating

The fertilizer melt urea

Mineral, paper-making, concrete, steel-making and food

The other industry caustic acid and alkaline pumping

Structural Features:

HAF type pump which is desinged by advanced dynamic seal principle, the sealing function is finidhed by accessory impeller and shutdown seal. When the pump is running, the liquid pressure which is opposite to main impeller is produced by accessory impeller, the pumping medium is no leakage, and while the shutdown seal is in separated condition; When the pump is shutting down, and now the shotdown seal would be working immediately, which from static seal that guaranteees the medium no leakage.

The special alloy material that is used to make corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant reach the high-point, which could meet the rigidly conditions. The foot support for casing, the casing is designed to double volute structure when the size above 80mm(including 80mm), which balances the radial strength.

The liquid proming height is ≤10m in pump suction.

The pump rotation direction is CW viewing from the drving end.
