Introduction:

HSA series prossure pump is single stage double suction and between braing , radial split and centerline supporting(the code BB4 in API), designing accoridng to API, the pump is applied in pumping the medium under the high temperature and pressure, or inflammable, explosion and toxic fluid.

Stractural Features:

Pump casing : the double-volute structure reduces the radial thrust, the fluid that entering into impeller will be distributed evenly and symmetry. The suction and drain on casing, without dismantling the pipeline to replace the war parts and rotor parts.

Pump cover: the symmetry double pump cover strcture, it is easily for maintains. The cooling chamber which could decrease the working temperature in seal chamber, which gurantees seal long running and reliability.

Impeller: the double suction impeller would automatic balance the axial force of rotor, which decrease the NPSHr.

Shaft: the rigidity shaft designing could gurantee the pump runningsteadily under the working speed. The heavy-duty shaft is designed for dapoting the suitable bearing span, which supplies the reliability and anti-turn safety, it is easily assembly when using the taper extend shaft.

The bearing: the euipped diagonal contacting ball bearing that would gugarantee the load capacity in heavy duty. There are air cooling(t<120℃), wind cooling(t=120120℃~260120℃) and water cooling(t=260120℃~450120℃), which will decease the bearing working temperature to improve the bearing life.

The seal and auxiliary system: completely accoding to the API682 with flushing pipeline and cooling system.
