HDR High Temperature High Pressure Multi-Sage Pumps with Double Shells Casing

Introduction:

HDR type pumps are horizontal, multi-stage double casing centrifugal pump, which is key pump of petrochemical refinery for radiation feed and hydro feed. The double casings structure is applied in petrochemical and chemical industry, the pumped liquid including petroleum, oil, liquefied petroleum gas, light hydrocarbon, and high temperature and pressure liquid, such as methane, ethane, and ethylene. The design and manufacturing conform to API610 specification.

Structural Features:

HDR type pumps are centrifugal pump with horizontal, double casing, and multistage, there are two structures internal casing for sectional multistage and horizotal split multi-stage; the casing could be repaired without dismantling pipe. More convenient for maintaining the horizontal split casing.

The rolling bearing or sliding bearing available for pump, that is lubricated by self-lubricating or imposed-lubricating; there are temperature and pressure monitor istruments on imposed lubricating bearing. The axial strength would be balanced by balancing device; the residual strength would be balanced by thrust thrust ball bearing and thrust bearing. The shaft seal is mechanical seal with self-flushing system, which makes the mechanical seal is runing under the nomal temperature and pressure.

The motor directly driving diaphragm type coulping, the pump rotates CCW viewing from driven end.
