HY Long-Shaft Sewage Pumps

Introduction:

HY long-shaft pump is a kind of vertical, single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal submerged pump which is desinged by API610 standard.

Structural Features:

The axial thrust produced by impeller is balanced by auxuliary vane or balance hole. The axial thrust is small and the bearing performance is reliable.

The casing diameter above  80mm(including 80mm), which would be designed for double-volute to balance the radial stress.

The impeller is immersed into the media when the pump starts up. Exhausted gas will never up be brawn up for its start.

The pump shaft is supported by rolling bearing and sliding bearing. The support point is designed reasonably and the pump operation speed in less than its critical speed far.

Either self-lubricating or out-lubricating can be selected according to cleaning degree of the medium.

When the submersed depth can not satisfy the requirements, suction pipe could be installed.
