TR Grooved Tank Pumps

Introduction:

TR is single stage, single suction submersible pump which is designed as per API 610. TR is high reliability, long using life, and stable performance, high degree of generalization.

Performance:

Applications:

Mainly used in petrochemical, chemical, foodstuff, drinks pharmacy, light industry, textile etc. Fields for pumping various clean mediums in containers or tanks. It can be specially used for pumping acid, alkali, vegetable oil and mineral oil etc.

Structural Features:

When starting, impeller is submerged in medium, so it can start up at anytime.

Discharge from axial flow, minimize the volume of pump.

A drainage hole between bearing bracket and shaft seal can lead the drained medium back to container. Sealing is absolutely safe and reliable.

Rotor can be adjusted axially.

Baseplate outline dimension conform to relative national flange standards so that it can be generally used.

Viewed from driving end, pump runs in clockwise.

Convert radial flow into axial flow, increase the hydraulic performance.
