Introduction:

HRY type pump is single stage, single suction centrifugal submerged oump, which is designed basing on the advanced technique from oversea and combining the actual condition internal. The high effiency and stable performance, which reach the internal advanced level, the pump is the optimum replacement of the imported one. The standard would be conformd to API 610.

Applications:

The pump is allied in pumping the high temperature molten salt, asphalt and heat carrier etc high temperature liquid. Such as chemical industry, petrol industry, refinery, steel and power station industry.

Structural Features:

The auxiliary system includes cooling, lubricating, heating and flushing, greatly reducting the probability of failure.

The reasonable designing for the midding sliding bearing, the hard alloy would be coated on the face of shaft, improving the anti-friction for shaft, and keep the long running in some certain.

There are self-lubracating for sliding bearing according to the pumping liquid cleanliness. The oil lubracating is better for bearing.

The multi-point support increases the shaft running rigidity.

The locking structure is designed for impeller nut.

The length could up to 5 meter.

If the submerged depth could not meet the demands, the suction pipe would be equipped.

There are extension tube on drainage pipe, which could prevent the stress which caused by thermal expansion.

Viewed from driving end, pump rotates in clockwise.
