DL Liquefied Gas and Hydrocarbon Pumps

Introduction:

DL liquefied gas and light hydrocarbon special pump is applied in low-temperature or high-temperature, neutral or caustic, clean or with containation liquids. And the pumps is used specially in pumping methane, ethane, propane, ethylene, and propylene etc all kinds liquefied gas and light hydrocrbon.

Features:

DL is vertical, barrel-type multistage pump, the first-stage impeller is suction impeller, the flexible shaft desihning, the axial force is balanced by centripetal thrust ball bearing; the lengths of outer casing and assembly depth that are decided by the requirements of pump NPSH. The centripetal thrust ball bearing is lubricated by oil, and assembled self-lubrication system with independent internal circulation.

More than 10 kinds of material available, including 20g, 16Mn, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, 904L, CDMCu etc.

For the different light hydrocarbon, the special mechanical seal is designed for the seal running safely, reliably, as well as long life. API 682 seal chamber could accomodate single end, double end tandem configuration with cooling, flushing or buffer system. The pipeline plans for seal are designed according to API specification. The different materials are available for the varying temperature and working pressure.

The pump rotates CCW viewing from the driving end.
