Overview

Marine Ejector Pump hewe especial ctructwe, so that is have high efficienay, easy installation long-playing serric life, self-pringing, and capability steadg-going. The ejector is applicabe for. drainage, environment protecting, chemistry, aterconserrancy, and architecture and so on.

The nozzle of the jet pump extends into the mixing chamber. When the working liquid or gas passes through the nozzle at a high speed, a low pressure is formed around the nozzle outlet, and the conveyed medium is sucked in, and then mixed with the working fluid to obtain kinetic energy and thermal energy. In the diffuser, due to the gradual expansion of the section, the kinetic energy and thermal energy are partially converted into pressure energy, and finally discharged together with the working medium, as shown in the figure.

The jet pump has no moving parts, does not require special maintenance, starts quickly, has a small mass and size, can cause a high suction vacuum, and has good suction performance. It is often used as a vacuum pump, boiler feed pump, etc. Sweeping pumps, bilge pumps, etc. Its main disadvantage is low efficiency.

Features of the jet pump

     ①Low efficiency, usually below 25%.

②Small size, simple structure and low price.

③ No moving parts, reliable work, easy maintenance and long service life.

④ Strong self-priming ability, which can cause higher vacuum degree.

⑤ It can transport any fluid including solid impurities, and can work normally even if it is submerged in water; on ships, jet pumps are often used as boiler feed pumps, exhaust pumps or vacuum pumps for condensing devices and seawater desalination devices, bilge pumps, etc.
