FV Series PVDF & FP Series CFR-PP Centrifugal Pumps

Overview

FV/P energy-efficient corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps and FV/PZ self-priming pumps are injection-molded from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP). Features: High mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and scientific self-priming structure with suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, and non-return valve. Only requires priming before first startup; capable of intermittent operation (re-priming within 15 minutes of dry running), no additional cooling for mechanical seals—ideal replacement for submersible pumps.

PVDF: Gas-tight, non-toxic, anti-aging, resistant to strong oxidants and aromatic solvents, operating at -40°C–120°C.

CFR-PP: Non-toxic, resistant to common acids/alkalis/salts, operating at -40°C–80°C.
