PF Series Strong Corrosion-Resistant Centrifugal Pumps

Overview

PF-type chemical pumps have pump bodies, covers, impellers, and wetted components manufactured via compression molding or injection molding using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP). PVDF plastic, a widely used engineering plastic globally, offers high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

These pumps are designed to transport various chemical media—including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid, alkalis, organic solvents, and oxidants—under temperature conditions of -50°C to 80°C. Ideal for energy-efficient transport of particle-free corrosive media in industries such as chemical processing, chlor-alkali, fertilizers, dyes, reagents, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, and environmental protection.

Model Explanation: PF65-50-160

PF: Plastic Corrosion-Resistant Centrifugal Pump

65: Inlet Diameter (mm)

50: Outlet Diameter (mm)

160: Nominal Impeller Diameter (mm)

Structural Description

Design: Direct-coupled structure, with the pump body and bracket connected to the motor flange. The bracket supports the pump body, and the impeller is directly linked to the motor via the shaft.

Features: Simple and compact structure, fewer components, and reliable performance.

Rotation Direction: Clockwise when viewed from the suction port toward the motor; the pump outlet faces vertically upward.

Sealing System: Uses a polytetrafluoroethylene (F4) bellows with an external-mounted corrosion-resistant mechanical seal.
